Poetry Reading with the authors Tristan Marquardt, Robert Stripling and Charlotte Warsen. All texts that have been specifically written for the exhibition and curated by Andreas Bühlhoff will be presented.

On May 9th, for the first time these texts are brought into gallery by the beforehand mentioned authors.

Am 9. Mai werden diese Texte von den oben genannten AutorInnen live in die Galerie gebracht.

Dirk von Gehlen presents several topics from his book »A new version is available« – financed with crowdfunding – and sets them in relation with the exhibition’s concept. A discussion with the team of DER GREIF and Dr. Thomas Elsen will follow.

Dirk von Gehlen. Head of Social Media / Innovation in the Süddeutsche Zeitung and editorial director of jetzt.de. Published his highly acclaimed book »Mashup: Lob der Kopie« (Suhrkamp) in 2011 and »A new version is available« (Metrolit) in 2013 .

Dr. Thomas Elsen. Art historian. Head / curator of H2 – Center for Contemporary Art »Glaspalast« and »Neue Galerie im Höhmannhaus«, Augsburg. Hosted and curated numerous exhibitions, publications and lectureships on International Contemporary Art and Photography.

Dirk von Gehlen stellt Thesen aus seinem mit Crowdfunding finanzierten Buch »Eine neue Version ist verfügbar« vor und bezieht diese auf das Ausstellungskonzept. Zusammen mit dem Team von DER GREIF und Dr. Thomas Elsen werden diese anschließend diskutiert.

Dirk von Gehlen. Leiter von Social Media/Innovation bei der SÜDDEUTSCHE ZEITUNG und Redaktionsleiter von JETZT.DE. 2011 erschien sein vielbeachtetes Werk »Mashup: Lob der Kopie« im Suhrkamp Verlag. 2013 erschien »Eine Neue Version ist verfügbar« im Metrolit Verlag.

Dr. Thomas Elsen. Kunsthistoriker. Leiter / Kurator des H2 – Zentrum für Gegenwartskunst im Glaspalast und der Neuen Galerie im Höhmannhaus Augsburg. Zahlreiche Ausstellungen, Publikationen und Lehraufträge zur internationalen Gegenwartskunst und Fotografie.
