Annie Proulx novel »The Shipping News« inspired Prof Vincent Kohlbecher to embark on a journey through Newfoundland. Following the books narrative he visited various places along Newfoundlands coastline. Vincent Kohlbecher is professor for photography at the HAW Hamburg. His photos have been published in a variety of magazines and newspapers.
