Josh Aronson

Josh Aronson (b. 1994, Toronto, Canada) is a photographer based in Miami, Florida, working across genre, medium and application to envision the Florida experience. Josh has been a recipient of widely sought after editorial commissions, intimate celebrity portrait sittings, collaborations with storied fashion houses and projects with global beauty brands. His work has been the subject of solo exhibitions, including I Thought About Posting This (2019) at Congruent Space in Chicago, Illinois and With Mine Dyed Blue (2018) at the Nizhniy Tagil Museum of Fine Arts in Nizhniy Tagil, Russia. In 2020, he published and, within a week, sold out his first photo book Tropicana. Anyone with a library card can enjoy Tropicana from within the public collections of the Costume Institute Library at The Met in New York, New York; the University of Miami’s Special Collections Library in Miami, Florida; the Jaffe Center for Book Arts in Boca Raton, Florida; the Civic Media Center and Stetson Kennedy Library in Gainesville, Florida; the Miami-Dade Public Library’s Vasari Project in Miami, Florida; and the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.
