Claudia Gschwend is a London based Photographer from Switzerland. She is continuously working on commissioned work and self initiated projects. For example working closely with the Swiss circus charity and capturing for them in Senegal and Turkey or documenting an African community in her neighbourhood. Photography is her way of building bridges. Claudia's interest lies in the different stories out there and the connections she is able to build with communities and individuals within or outside of our society. It’s important for her to level with people before a picture is taken. Then using light, location and the right moment to give space to the unique features of these amazing people.
