Many things influence me on a daily basis. Photography is not an art that I practice everyday or every week. I need time to photograph. So in the meantime I cultivate my knowledge with literature, music and the work of other artists. At the beginning of the conception of the series, I came across the work of Cesare Fabbri “The Flying Carpet”, which inspired me a lot. Moreover, through this work, he evokes the words of Luigi Ghirri: “The camera is a magical toy capable of bringing together the great and the small, illusion and reality, our adult awareness and the fairy-tale world of childhood”. These words are very much in line with my series.
