«L’absent, c’est l’autre» is a plastic interpretation of the feelings I had to face during a break up. It is the story of a quest for meaning of pain. Roland Barthes, in «A lover’s discourse» speaks about the other’s absence, the ordeal of abandonment, the wait. A few themes I wanted to work on, in addition to the search of the other and the paradox between the confrontation and the escape of my feelings.
