Alberto Sinigaglia

Alberto Sinigaglia (1984) obtained his BA in Architecture at Iuav University in Venice. He attended the Photoglobal Program at SVA School of Visual Art in New York. Sinigaglia was shortlisted for Fabbri Award for Contemporary Arts both in 2013 and 2014; during the past year he was also one of the winners of the 98th Young Artists' Group Show at Bevilacqua La Masa Foundation (Venice) as well as being shortlisted for Review Santa Fe (New Mexico). He was included in several group shows in Italy and abroad; his volume Big Sky Hunting was published in 2014 by Editions du Lic /Skinnerboox. In 2015 is was shortlisted for Italian Photography Award Under 40 and Gabriele Basilico Prize. . In 2016 he was invited to participate to Brighton Photo Fringe and to the collective exhibition Look At the Sky in Barcelona. In 2017 he was among the winners of Cobat Prize (Livorno). Since 2015 he is among the founders and editors of Genda Magazine. He lives and works in Vicenza and he is represented by Metronom.
