Eduardo Sousa Ribeiro (Lisbon, 1963) Lives and works in Lisbon. In 1993 completed the Advanced Course in Photography, Contemporary Art and Project at Maumaus, School of Visual Arts. Works as a freelancer photographer. Since 2013 self-publishes photobooks. Selected for several competitions, portfolio special mention call "Urbanautica Institute Awards 2021", winner of the 1st Scopio International Photobook Contest (2014). Represented in the Artists’ Books collections from: Serralves Foundation (Porto), Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (Lisbon), Photobooks Collection from the Faculty of Fine Arts Library (Madrid), Moreira Salles Institute (S. Paulo), Franklin Furnace (NY), Aperture Foundation (NY), The PhotoBookMuseum (Colónia) and private collections in Portugal, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, United States.
