Franziska Kunze has chosen to collaborate with Marta Binazzi. Together, they have developed the following framework for your submissions: “An archive is an archive is an archive”.
With “An archive is an archive is an archive” – adopted from Gertrude Stein’s echoing and brilliant quote – Franziska Kunze and Marta Binazzi want to explore the possibilities of archival matters within photography. What do photographs do in archives? What do archives do with photographs? What do you do with both?

For issue 15, titled “The collectivity issue”, we are thrilled to announce a special approach to our guest-editing. Instead of working with one artist, we have chosen to invite a total of 50 artists to each guest-edit a single spread within the publication. The invited artists will juxtapose one of their images with an image they select from the open call.
