Alexandra Davenport (b.1992) is an artist living and working in London. Signalling back to her history in dance, her practice uses performance, writing, moving image and the photographic as strategies to explore the ‘choreography’ of image-making. Particularly interested in photography and its histories, her work often borrows choreographic tools and strategies from dance in her ongoing investigation into the performativity of the camera.
