Antonina Gugala

Antonina Gugala (1989, Warsaw) - visual artist. Psychology (MA) and Iberian studies (BA) graduate at the University of Warsaw. Graduate of the Academy of Photography in Warsaw. Studies photography at the Institute of Creative Photography, Silesian University in Opava (Czech Republic). Received a grant from Young Creators’ Cooperative (orig. Spółdzielnia Młodych Twórców) (Association of Creative Initiatives “ę”, 2013) and the City of Warsaw Art Scholarship (2016). Her first monograph "6x9" was shortlisted for the UNSEEN Dummy Photobook Awards (2013) and Polish Photography Publication of the Year (2013).
