Carlos Jimenez

Photographer

Born in Andalucia, Spain, Carlos Jimenez moved to London in 2006. After working as a photographer and filmmaker in-house at the Victoria and Albert Museum for 5 years, Carlos decided to undertake an MA in Photography at the Royal College of Arts in London. As part of his studies, he has been awarded with the Cite Internationale des Arts residency in Paris and the Kyoto University Exchange program. He also was awarded with the St. Giulia Award on the FilmLab Festival in Brescia (Italy). His work has been published and exhibited in places such as the Royal College of Arts, Battersea Arts Centre (London), Loop videoart Festival (Barcelona), In-Sonora IV (Madrid), London Fashion Week, Resolution! Dance Festival at The Place (London), National Library (Madrid), Camberwell School of Arts (London), Canarias Crea Festival (Madrid), amongst others.
