Claudia Holzinger

Claudia Holzinger, born in 1985 in Upper Bavaria, lives and works as a photographer and graphic designer in Nuremberg. She studied graphic design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg and the University of Applied Arts in Vienna and photography in the class of Juergen Teller in Nuremberg. Her work always involves a conceptual engagement with aspects of actual and desired identity, expected sexuality, imitation and fan culture, concealed physicality and the respectful treatment of kitschy awe.
