Esther Gabrielle Kersley

Esther Gabrielle Kersley is a research-led documentary photographer with a background in politics and conflict studies. In 2021 she was one of ten graduates globally to be featured in Photoworks Photography+ The Graduate Issue and was longlisted for the Jerwood/Photoworks Award. Her series “The Fifth Generation”, exploring conspiracy theories and misinformation, was selected for Photobook Week Aarhus and shortlisted for the Belfast Photo Festival 2022 and PhEST 2022, and has been featured in Fisheye and Aesthetica magazines. She graduated with Distinction from the MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at LCC, University of the Arts London in 2021. She lives and works in London.
