imrich veber is the artist based in the czech republic. he currently lives and works in opava. he has finished his studies at the institute of creative photography at silesian university in opava and at the department of the history of art of the faculty of arts at palacký university olomouc. he focuses long-term on the issue of people's living and on societal conditions in general. now he uses the idea of docufiction in his work. / to date, he has published his photographs in his books not one life (nejeden život, opava, 2009), TRANSFORMATION (TRANSFORMACE, ostrava, 2010), we know about one another (víme o sobě, illustrations of josef veselý’s poetry and texts, opava, 2011), HOMOurban (prague, 2012), opava východ zpáteční (illustrations of poems, opava, 2014), BLOK 62 (opava, 2015) and NH2O/1 (Opava, 2016). / now he is an external lecturer at the studio of photography (head michal kalhous) at the department of intermedia studies at the faculty of fine arts at university of ostrava.
