Laura San Segundo

Laura San Segundo (born 1990, Madrid) is a photographer with a background in Fine Arts and experience in different media including drawing, painting or video. She was part of the 89+ Marathon that took place in the Serpentine Galleries (London) in 2013, as one of the best 89 artists born after 1989, and her work has been selected in several awards including the contest Paisajes del Cuerpo that took place in the OpenPhoto festival during Photo España 2013. Some of the exhibitions where her work has been exhibited include [aprender, crear, investigar] in the Complutense University of Madrid or The Peek Show at the Biscuit Factory in London while she was studying in Camberwell College of Arts. In 2015 she wins the XIII Roberto Villagraz Scholarship of Photography to study a Master’s Degree. She lives and works between London and Madrid.
