Luka Łukasiak is a documentary photographer based in Warsaw/Poland. He graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw,Poland with honors , and the Academy of Photography in Krakow, Sputnik Photos mentoring program, AGM Magnum masterclass in NY with Alec Soth as a mentor Two time scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. Winner of the IPOTY 2016 (people category) and Portrait of Humanity 2019 (shortlisted) and 2021 (finalist) , winner of the BJP International Photography Award 2020 (single image), shortlisted for Palm PhotoPrize 2021 ,Fast Track shortlisted by BJP .Shortlisted for The Royal Photographic Society/International Photography Exhibition 163 in 2021. Finalist of Lucie Foundation 2020 (group exhibition),PEP photography (group exhibition 2020 and 2021 in Tête Gallery/Berlin, Houston Center for Photography 2020 (group exhibition) He was presented in many publications in Poland and Europe (Vogue Polska, Photo Vogue Italia, Hoxton Mini Press/BJP (books of Portrait Of Humanity 2019 and 2021), Press Magazine, ARTE, I-D magazine, Independent, Paper Journal Magazine Since 2018 associated with Vogue Polska.
