Piotr Karpinski/ Born in Poland and settled in United Kingdom in 2006/ “A” level Photography accomplished at Farnborough College of Technology in 2010/ BA Photography program taken up at Middlesex University London in 2011/ While a student became a first photography assistant of Paulina Otylie Surys between 2012-13 and supported her projects for The British Journal of Photography, GQ, Times, AnotherMan/ Graduated from Middlesex University in 2014/ After graduation selected for “The Catlin Guide 2015|New Artists in the UK”- annually printed book, an introduction to the 40 most promising new graduate artists in the United Kingdom/ Since then selected for number of group exhibitions including International Print Exhibition 158 and 159 2015/16 and 16/17 by The Royal Photography Society/ First solo show “Let’s Talk about Life & Death Darling” set under Photomonth East London International Photography Festival 2015, London 1-30 November/ Piotr’s work has been selected for Creative Review The Photography Annual 2015 publication showcasing the best in commercial photography and finest photographers’ personal projects. Recently selected for Flash Forward 2016 by The Magenta Foundation and a finalist of The Renaissance Photography Prize held in Getty Images Gallery London. A winner of a Breakthrough Award 2016 by The British Journal of Photography.
