Born in the Washington D.C. area and growing up in four different states, Sarah has now been living abroad for 18 years, in Italy, Afghanistan and France. She is currently based in Paris. Finding and creating meaning and beauty in the everyday and seemingly mundane, life presents itself as a perpetual canvas. Curiosity about the people and circumstanstances surrounding her provides an ever-changing yet consistent medium. Whether having a conversation or capturing a moment in silence, the possibilities are endless even in a single hour. She enjoys the nuance and character of film photography, the beauty and mystery of light and shadow. She visually tells stories and invites others to come and see. Life is best savored.
